In the week 16th – 23rd August, the services for the authentication of photos of minor children and of the signatures of non-EU nationals are TEMPORARILY suspended. The above services are only to obtain a passport issued by the London Consulate General. The walk-in services will resume on Tuesday 24th August (the days and times remain unchanged: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm to 5pm).
Please note that after that time you will not be allowed in, even if you were queuing outside. Therefore, please come to the Consulate only when it is strictly urgent.
For the authentication of the photo the Italian or EU parent MUST be present. This does not apply to the non-EU (including British) parent.
In order to help contain the spread of Covid-19, access to the Consulate General will be limited to only those whose presence is absolutely necessary to complete the relevant procedures.
