Ways to pay:

Morning appointments: You can pay in cash or by VISA debit card. We only accept UK-issued debit cards. We do not accept credit cards or personal cheques. If you use a VISA debit card, there is a £0,50 fee for each transaction.

Afternoon appointments: We can only accept Postal Orders made payable to the “Italian Consulate General”. Don’t forget to write your name on the back. You can buy a postal order from any local Post Office. Please remember that you must post your passport application after your appointment. Due to quarterly fluctuations in the exchange rate between EUR/GBP, the cost of the passport may vary. Please note that if we receive your passport application in the last two weeks of March, June, September or December, you may need to pay more (or less). We therefore advise you to double check how much a passport costs before sending your application.
