The Embassy of Italy in London is conducting the procurement using the open procedure pursuant to art. 7, comma 3 of Ministerial Decree dated 2 November 2017 no. 192/2017, for the purpose of procuring the services of digitalisation of the Italian consular archives of the headquarters in London, Manchester and Edimburgh, divided into the following lots:
Lot 1) Italian consular archives of the headquarters in London and Manchester – CIG 9793363ACD;
Lot 2) Italian consular archives of the headquarters in Edinburgh – CIG 979337223D.
The award will be made on the basis of the most economically advantageous offer.
The Tender wishes to award a national framework agreement for the above-mentioned services, which will allow the Italian Authorities to procure the services from the awarded supplier. The Framework Agreement will be regulated by local law.
