Moreover, please provide a postal address to be used in case incomplete and\/or incorrect documentation needs to be returned to the sender;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ORIGINAL (not photocopy) <\/strong>of the marriage certificate(s) issued by the competent authority in the country where the marriage was celebrated;<\/li>\n<li><strong>CONSULAR LEGALISATION <\/strong>of the marriage certificate(s) issued by the competent Italian diplomatic and consular Representation in the country where documents were issued. To locate the relevant Consulate, please <a href=\"https:\/\/serviziconsolarionline.esteri.it\/ScoFE\/services\/consulate\/find-consulate.sco\">click here<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>TRANSLATION <\/strong>into Italian <strong><u>ONLY<\/u><\/strong> of the marriage certificate(s) \u2013 <strong><u>NOT OF THE APOSTILLE<\/u><\/strong>. It is advisable to use the services of <strong><u>professional translators in the country where the documents were issued<\/u><\/strong><u>;<\/u><\/li>\n<li><strong>CONSULAR LEGALISATION <\/strong>of the translation issued by the competent Italian diplomatic and consular Representation in the country where documents were issued.
