Moreover, please provide a postal address to be used in case incomplete and\/or incorrect documentation needs to be returned to the sender;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ORIGINAL (not photocopy) <\/strong>of the \u201c<em>Certified Copy of an Entry of Death<\/em>\u201d issued by the competent Registry office;<\/li>\n<li><strong>PAPER APOSTILLE <\/strong>issued by the \u201c<em>Foreign and Commonwealth Office &#8211; FCO<\/em>\u201d which <strong>certifies the signature of the Registrar on the document<\/strong>. An Apostille on the signature of a Notary Public and\/or a solicitor is <strong>NOT<\/strong> For further information on how to get your document legalised, please <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/get-document-legalised\">click here<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li><strong>TRANSLATION <\/strong>into Italian <strong><u>ONLY<\/u><\/strong> of the death certificate \u2013 <strong>NOT<\/strong> <strong>OF THE APOSTILLE<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that this Consulate <strong><u>DOES NOT<\/u><\/strong> provide translation services.<\/p>\n<p>A list of translators known to the Consulate is available <a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/en\/info-utili\/professionisti-ed-enti\/traduttori-ed-interpreti\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The translation may also be carried out independently but it will be accepted only if<strong> compliant with the original, complete with all the information and typewritten<\/strong>.
