Moreover, please provide a postal address to be used in case incomplete and\/or incorrect documentation needs to be returned to the sender;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ORIGINAL (not photocopy) <\/strong>of the death certificate issued by the competent Authority where the death occurred;<\/li>\n<li><strong>APOSTILLE<\/strong> for the death certificate issued by the competent Authority in the country where the certificates were issued.
