Please note that if the documentation is incomplete or incorrect your application will be rejected.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Printed bank receipt of payment<\/strong>. Check the correct amount on our website at the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/Consolato_Londra\/en\/in_linea_con_utente\/info_utili\/tariffe_consolari\/tariffe-consolari.html\">Consular fees<\/a>\u00a0section;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepaid Special Delivery<\/strong> envelope (up to 500g), with no expiry date, purchasable at any post office. We recommend to make a note of the tracking number for future reference;<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/en\/chi-siamo\/la-sede\/modulistica\/modulistica-passaporti\/\">MOD2<\/a>\u00a0application form<\/strong>, DULY COMPLETED, printed and signed by both parents (the signatures must correspond to those on the attached passport\/ID copy);<\/li>\n<li><strong>If a parent giving consent is a non EU national, which includes British nationals<\/strong>, please refers to <a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/en\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino\/passaporti-e-servizi\/autentica-di-firma-e-foto-per-passaporti\/\">signature authentication<\/a>(the signatures must correspond to those on the attached passport\/ID copy) ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>3 recent identical passport-size photos<\/strong>\u00a0(taken within six months) compliant with the\u00a0<u>international ICAO standards<\/u> (white background only, NO USB);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Both parents&#8217; valid and original ID<\/strong>\u00a0(passport or Italian ID card. Driving licence or Oyster card are not accepted);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Previous original passport<\/strong> (expired or deteriorated or, if this is your first italian passport, national ID card or other original passport. Driving licence or Oyster card are not accepted). Please note that the previous italian passport, if possessed, will be retained by the Office for revocation and will be sent to the owner together with the new one;<\/li>\n<li><strong>In case of minor&#8217;s passport expired more than 10 years ago or the minor cannot be identified from the photo, <\/strong>you will need to submit another valid original foreign passport\u00a0or an italian ID card of the minor (driving licence or Oyster card are not accepted);<\/li>\n<li><strong>In case of lost \/ stolen minor&#8217;s passport<\/strong>, please provide a British Police online report and the relevant Italian lost\/stolen passport form <a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/en\/chi-siamo\/la-sede\/modulistica\/modulistica-passaporti\/\">ETD2.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>IN THE ABSENCE OF THE OTHER PARENT&#8217;S CONSENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>The applicant parent may submit a formal request to the Consul General seeking a consular order and stating the reasons why it is needed. The Consul General acts as a Judge for minors residing in this <a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/en\/chi-siamo\/la-rete-consolare\/\"><u>consular district<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The process includes individual interviews with each parent, and a subsequent hearing in person at the Consulate which must be attended by both parents and the child\/children in accordance with the age and maturity of the child.<\/li>\n<li>The formal request is subject to a<a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/en\/info-utili\/tariffe-consolari\/\"> <u>consular fee<\/u><\/a> (art. 31).<\/li>\n<li>Please note that processing time may vary due to individual circumstances and cannot be estimated in advance.
