All documents must be printed out and presented as original plus a photocopy where required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note: Applications for Remote Worker visas may require up to\u00a0<u>30 days<\/u>\u00a0to process\u00a0<u>without exceptions<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>It will not be possible to return the passport to you while the application is under review, unless you formally withdraw\/cancel you application completely.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants must provide:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>An application form which must be\u00a0duly signed by the applicant,\u00a0completed in its entirety\u00a0and in English:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>For short stay visas applications [up to 90 days], please use the\u00a0<em>Schengen Visa<\/em>\u00a0application form [<a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2024-NEW-APPLICATION-FORM-EN-IT.pdf\">click here<\/a>].<\/li>\n<li>For long stay visas applications [more than 90 days],\u00a0please use the\u00a0<em>National D<\/em>\u00a0application form [<a href=\"https:\/\/conslondra.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/60400_f_cons57Application_national_visa.pdf\">click here<\/a>];<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A valid passport or travel document\u00a0duly signed\u00a0(<em>original plus a photocopy<\/em>),\u00a0valid\u00a0at least 3 months beyond the return date of your trip\u00a0and must contain\u00a0at least two blank visa pages;<\/li>\n<li>A valid UK Residence Permit (<em>only for Non-British Citizens<\/em>) and a valid UK eVisa\u00a0(Immigration status share code page*) showing your picture and full immigration status details. Immigration status should with have a minimum validity of\u00a0at least 1 (one) month beyond the expiry date<strong>;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>One recent passport-size photo and compliant with international ICAO standards (<em>white background only<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proof of a\u00a0<u>recognised highly qualified<\/u>\u00a0profession***\u00a0<\/strong>[please refer to additional notes]<\/li>\n<li><strong>Proof of annual income\/salary<\/strong>, which must be\u00a0at least triple\u00a0the prevailing minimum amount (\u20ac8,500.00) level set by the current national legislation for the exemption from participation in medical and health public assistance. Supportive evidence of current and\/or recent offer of employment must be provided by documentation such as (but not limited to):<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Contract of employment, Company information, Employment letter confirming detailed job description in turn signed by senior line manager\/HR confirming role, duties and responsibilities, Tax Returns, P60, payslips etc.)<\/em>.\u00a0 Remuneration\u00a0<strong><u>must not be lower<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0than the average equivalent net salary within the sector of employment, which can be checked on the following link:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/dati.istat.it\/viewhtml.aspx?il=blank&amp;vh=0000&amp;vf=0&amp;vcq=1100&amp;graph=0&amp;viewmetadata=1&amp;lang=it&amp;QueryId=12006\">http:\/\/dati.istat.it\/viewhtml.aspx?il=blank&amp;vh=0000&amp;vf=0&amp;vcq=1100&amp;graph=0&amp;viewmetadata=1&amp;lang=it&amp;QueryId=12006<\/a><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>Availability of suitable lodging, which\u00a0must be coherent\u00a0with the period of stay of your visa application,\u00a0<u>must be provided<\/u>;\n<ol>\n<li>Proof of Rental agreements registered with\u00a0<em>Agenzia dell\u2019Entrate<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Or proof of property ownership (<em>deeds<\/em>) registered with\u00a0<em><em>Agenzia dell\u2019Entrate (Visura catastale dell\u2019immobile)<\/em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proof of valid health insurance covering all hospital and medical costs for the entire duration of your stay;<\/li>\n<li>Previous relevant work experience;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Supportive documentation\u00a0must prove at least 6 months\u00a0of minimum work experience in the currently proposed sector or field of work for which you are applying for.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li>Travel tickets reservation\n<ul>\n<li>If travelling by plane, train, bus, Eurotunnel or ferry, all ticket(s) must be printed directly from the operator website, showing passenger\u2019s name, dates, from\/to.\n<ul>\n<li>For short stay visas applications [up to 90 days]\u00a0Round-trip travel ticket reservation must be provided<\/li>\n<li>For long stay visas applications [more than 90 days]\u00a0Single-trip travel ticket reservation must be provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Written declaration by the employer**<\/strong>(including his\/her passport copy), declaring that he\/she has no past or pending convictions within the last 5 years, pertaining to Legislative Decree of the Italian Consolidated Text on Immigration\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<u>art.22, comma 5-bis del Testo Unico.<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>**[Please note that the abovementioned declaration, is only applicable to business entities\/employer(s) formally resident in Italy]<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>***Proof of a\u00a0<u>recognised highly qualified<\/u>\u00a0profession:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>This has to be proven by either one or more of the following conditions:<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li><em>Bachelors\u2019 Degree or\u00a0<strong>recognised<\/strong>\u00a0post-secondary professional qualification (lasting at least 3 years).
