Due to a major maintenance work on the IT system of the Consulate General of Italy in London, on November 25 the Consulate will not be fully operational.

– PASSPORTS Office
The Office will be able to issue exclusively ETDs (Emergency Travel Documents) for Italian citizens not residing in the UK, any other application shall not be accepted. No passports will be issued.
– NOTARY Services
The relevant Office will remain closed.
– IDENTITY CARDS
On November 25 Identity Cards will not be printed.
The relevant Office will remain open but not fully operational.
– REGISTRY OFFICE
All appointments have already been moved to November 26.
The Registry Office will remain open on November 25 for general information only.
– CITIZENSHIP OFFICE
All oaths already scheduled are confirmed.
– REGISTRY OFFICE FOR ITALIANS RESIDING ABROAD
The office will remain closed.
– VISA Office
The office will be fully operational.
– WELFARE
The relevant office will remain closed.
