Calls for ordinary consular matters (passports, visas etc.) will not be taken into consideration.
- On-Duty Officer of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation 0039 06 3691 2666, for all other times of the day.
In case of a real emergency, the on-duty officer of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation will promptly contact the officer of the Consulate General of Italy in London.
In the event of serious accidents, acute health risks or physical harm and whenever an ambulance, a police attendant or a fire brigade are required, please call the British emergency number 999 immediately.
