Due to a technical fault outside the premises of the Consulate General of Italy, we are experiencing severe technical issues which affect all telephone lines, internet connection and web portals.
For this reason, most of our services, including Visa-processing, are now suspended until further notice.
The emergency line 0044 (0) 7850 752 895 is still open and we are able to issue Emergency Travel Documents to Italian Nationals.
