Adult
- Adults 18yrs+ (morning appointments)
- Adults 18yrs+ (afternoon appointments)
- In case of a proven emergency (without appointment)
Minors from 12 to 17 years of age

- Minors from 12 – 17 yrs (afternoon appointments)

PLEASE NOTE:
The Passport Office will check all the requirements for the issuance of the passport BEFORE the appointment day.
If any requirements are missing, the applicant will be notified via email and the appointment will be cancelled without the possibility of supplementing the incomplete documentation.
Our users are kindly advised not to book any flights or holiday packages until they have received a valid passport. Flight booking/reservations will not guarantee priority.
Due to the high volume of applications received and all necessary checks involved, it is not possible to guarantee issuing passports within a definite time frame. The processing times indicated on our website are for reference purposes only. We suggest applying for a new passport well in advance of the expiry date.
